Checking of design of M&E systems including, drawings, calculations, installation method statements, site work and material delivery, testing & commissioning, and product specifications covering:
- Building power supply,
- Water services
- Heating and Ventilation Systems
- Lighting design
- Fire Alarms and systems
- Mobile Overhead crane systems.
- Support operations carrying out tests on systems and making changes to plans where necessary.
- Liaising with operations to ensure constructability of solutions.
- Liaising with clients to ensure functionality meets client specifications and needs. Supporting the project where there are gaps in these to resolve.
- Support production of standard technical specifications based on IEC and British Standards.
- Participate in meetings as required.
- Ensure quality assurance system compliance and conduct periodic reviews.
- Formal engineering qualification from further education
- Experience in engineering delivery in a regulated and high safety critical sector
- Good Interpersonal Skills
